Forms of payments

Only form of accepted payment is one made electronically to owner. No cash payment will be accepted on site or is to be paid directly to the driver. Payments have to be made in full before or latest 24 hours before service. 

Payments can be made via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Bank transfers or Apple Pay. Cash will NOT be accepted on site (for your own safety) 


What's included in my rental?

Can I rent the car without a driver?

All car bookings come with a driver. No exception. You are not allowed to drive any of our vehicles yourself at any point during the usage terms.

Is fuel (gas) included in my rental?

Fuel expenses are only included in airport transfers. Fuel expenses are NOT included in your day to day rental service fees. We will pick you up with a full tank of gas, and you'll be responsible for fill ups at the end of your journey. 

Am I required to tip my driver?

Tips are not required, but welcomed. Please tip driver directly as desired preferrably in Ghanaian cedi. 

Are the vehicles insured?

All vehicles are well insured. Maintenance, damages, technical faults are our sole responsibility / you shall not be held responsible for any of these or any expense as a result of. We aim to be careful at all times to avoid any incidences or accidents, and your safety and security is our focus. 

What is the cancellation policy?

Bookings can be cancelled without penalty up to 3 days before date of use. If cancelled after this,  you'll be charged 50% of the total rental fee. Cancellation on day of service (without proof or justifiable reason) will be charged full fee.

Ghana traffic and timing

Traffic in Ghana can be horrendous, therefore we ask that you allow as much as TWO HOURS in between scheduled arrival and departure to and from allocated locations. We will not be held liable if due to no fault of ours, your tardiness causes a missed tour, missed flight or lateness to a scheduled appointment.

What happens if there's an issue with the car?

In case of incidental or mechanical problems, we will make efforts to get another car in place for service to continue. In the event we can't resolve a car related issue, we will refund you in full for unused days/time, cover any additional costs incurred for either a taxi, uber or bolt. We do not anticipate such issues, but we will do our best effort to resolve any that occur in a timely manner.
